Manitowoc County has instituted a new rapid emergency notification service called CodeRED®. The new system will distribute emergency messages via telephone to targeted areas or the entire County at a rate of 1,000 calls per minute.

Board Meetings
Our regular monthly board meetings are the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Liberty Town Hall. The town hall is located at 13812 English Lake Road. We welcome all residents to these meetings.
Recycling Center
The recycling center is located at 12414 Rusch Road. It is open on Saturdays from 8 AM to 2 PM. Please bring your recyclables (plastic, glass, cardboard, grass clippings). We also collect garbage (non-recyclables) in our Town of Liberty bags, which are sold at the recycling center for $0.75 each.

PLEASE NOTE: THE BUILDING INSPECTOR WILL NOT BE ATTENDING MONTHLY MEETINGS. CONTACT HIM DIRECTLY WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR REQUESTS.
Elections
All elections are held at the Liberty Town Hall. The polls are open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please reference the Elections menu for further information.
